FairFix’s Tradie OS brings leads, jobs, quotes and invoices into a workspace shaped around the business. This film follows a sample deck-restoration enquiry into its job file, quote and calendar booking, keeping the same client and job in view.
The AI office-manager concept shows how follow-up can collect missing information and keep it with the job. AI helps with preparation; the owner checks scope and price, approves the quote and confirms dates.
